The University of Lucerne and the Institute for Interdisciplinary Legal Studies – lucernaiuris are pleased to present the seminar series „Private Law in the Ecological Transition: Facing Climate Change”. Together with legal experts from around the world, the research group on “Future Generations in Private Law”, led by Prof. Dr. Malte-Christian
Gruber, will explore some of the most relevant aspects of the vibrant legal debate on climate change and the protection of future generations. Due to the current pandemic situation, the seminar sessions will all take place virtually.
